Ordering vouchers

e-surprise vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

You can pay for your purchase using a credit card (Visa/MasterCard), TWINT or by invoice.

Paying with a credit card/Twint: once your purchase has been completed, you will be able to print off the voucher you have received as a PDF from e-surprise.ch. You will also receive a confirmation email with a download link once your purchase has been completed. 
Paying by invoice: you will immediately receive the invoice for the vouchers you have ordered as a PDF. As soon as you have paid, we will send you the vouchers in 2 to 3 working days via email as a PDF. If you would like to give the voucher as a gift in the next 5 days, then we recommend using TWINT or a credit card as a payment method.

You will receive the confirmation email once your purchase has been completed. Please check your SPAM folder. If you have not received the email, please contact our customer care team.

You will immediately receive the invoice for the vouchers you have ordered as a PDF. As soon as you have paid, we will send you the vouchers in 2 to 3 working days via email as a PDF. If we have not received payment, you will receive a payment reminder from us. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team.

Redeeming vouchers

Redeem your experiences voucher with the experience organisers directly - It is that simple. Their contact details will be on the voucher printout. Partial redemptions are also possible. Depending on the experience, there will be a reference to a prior reservation (made over the phone, by email or on the experience organiser's website), just quote your voucher code. You can not make reservations on the e-surprise website.

Your voucher can be redeemed at all participating e-surprise businesses, giving you access to the most stunning experiences that Switzerland has to offer, it is all you could ever wish for. Partial redemptions (with several organisers) are also possible. Depending on the service that you are redeeming your voucher for, you may require a prior reservation, which you can make by quoting your voucher code. Make your reservation with the experience organiser directly over the phone or by sending them an email. You can not make reservations on the e-surprise website.

Yes, it is simple and straightforward to convert your experience voucher into another experience or into an e-surprise voucher. To do this, please contact our customer care team.

Please visit our Check Credit page, and enter your 12-digit voucher code.

The validity date is printed on every voucher. Alternatively, you can call up your voucher by visiting this link to check its credit and validity.

You must redeem your voucher within the voucher validity period of 2 years from the date of purchase. You will not be able to extend it beyond this period. Were you not able to redeem your voucher within this period? Please contact our customer care team. We will be able to sort this out together. 

No. The entire voucher or any remaining amount cannot be paid out in cash.

Yes. You will be able to give it to another person for them to use, no questions asked, even if your name is on the voucher.

Vouchers cannot generally be returned. However, if you have ordered the wrong voucher by mistake, or you encounter another issue when purchasing your voucher, please contact our customer care team. We will be able to sort this out together.
