Give the gift of an indulgent evening with our 3-course Shabu Shabu Experience. Shabu Shabu is a hotpot comparable to a fondue chinoise. It features Swiss beef, pork tenderloin and fresh salmon cooked by itself in the aromatic broth, served with fresh vegetables and mushrooms. For dipping and refining: ponzu & goma dare sauce, white rice and finally udon noodles round off the feast.

For dessert, we also serve a glass of sake (Japanese rice wine).
